Whether he was telling a story, cracking a joke, or simply flashing his unforgettable smile, he had a gift for making everyone around him feel welcome and at ease.
Known affectionately by countless friends and family as "Tommy F'ing Welder," the nickname perfectly captured his unforgettable personality. It wasn't just a name—it was a badge of honor that represented his larger-than-life spirit, his fearless humor, and the undeniable presence he carried everywhere he went. If Tommy was there, you knew it was going to be a good time.
He was truly the life of the party. Family gatherings, celebrations, and everyday moments were made better by his presence. He had a way of bringing people together, filling every room with laughter, and creating memories that will be cherished for generations. His kindness, warmth, and genuine love for others earned him countless friends, and it seemed that everyone who met him walked away with a story to tell.

Tommy is survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and a special cousin.
He was preceded in passing by his wife, Alison Welder; his brother, Bruce, and his parents.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
