

Todd was born in Indianapolis to Ogal and Doreen (Owens) Klosterman on January 29, 1961. He went to school at Warren Central in Indianapolis. He married Francine (Vacca) on June 12, 1981. He worked as a route driver at Canteen/Continental Cafe for 13 years. He served in the United States Air Force as a jet mechanic. He enjoyed watching the Colts, doing yard work, and spending time with his family.
Todd is preceded in dead by his parents Ogal and Doreen Klosterman, sister Terri Riggs, and mother-in-law Johan Vacca.
Todd is survived by his wife, Francine; his daughters, Desiree (Nick) Mayhew, Natasha (fiancée Brian) Hutchens, and Danielle (Shane) Stevens; his sister, Tami (Chris) Mall; and his brother-in-law, Randy Riggs. He is also survived by his father-in-law, Skip (Sue) Vacca; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth (Jim) Faircloth and Kim Stoneking; and his grandchildren, Jordan (Adam) Fodrea, Kyleigh Mayhew, Taeler (Jacob) Simmonds, Landon (Miphaella) Hutchens, Jared Cole, Jayden Mayhew, Jazmyn Hutchens, Corey Cole, and Dawson Stevens.
Visitation will be at noon on September 16, 2026 at Elmridge Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on September 16, 2026 at Elmridge Funeral Home. Burial at Elmridge Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Elmridge Funeral and Memorial Park.
