Heaven received a special angel. I will cherish the memories of my times with Betty. This photo was taken in 2017 at our home in Austin. She and my Mom (Mary Guthrie) always brought the party with them when they traveled together. Betty was a jewel and will be greatly missed! Love and hugs all around!

I was so blessed to be a part of Betty’s life . She was by far the nicest and sweetest woman not to mention the best boss I ever had in my life . She was a very strong woman. While I worked with her Howard she always made me feel like family , I remember going up to Dover and going boat riding with her and Howard and having soo much fun . She knew how to show everyone a good time . Just recently she went to lunch with me and we had us a margarita and she really enjoyed it . I never would have guessed it would have been the last time I would see her . Miss you so much my friend

Betty was a sweet encouraging spirit for Murfreesboro Christian Church (now called LifeLift Church, just across the highway from the funeral home). We will miss her joy and smile, and were saddened to hear that she had left for her rewards ahead. I was glad to see she had a full family still here. May the tribe of all who live like her be increased.
