Brenda Elrod, age 67, a resident of Lavergne, Tennessee, departed this life, Tuesday morning, August 18, 2026. Brenda was born on September 12, 1958, in Cumberland, Maryland. She enjoyed shopping, going to the beach, playing cards, hanging out by the pool, perfume, Days of Our Lives, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.
Brenda is survived by her wife, Liz Moore; her son, Wade (Ginny) Brotemarkle; and her grandchildren, Ethan and Jayla. She was preceded in death by her parents, James McDonald and Ann (Elmer) Wertz.
A Celebration of Life Service for Brenda will be held at One O’clock the afternoon of Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Roselawn Funeral Home. Family and friends are welcome to begin to gather for the celebration starting at Twelve noon.
