Britt Dewaine “B. J.” Whited, Jr., age 17, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, passed away on April 8, 2022 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. B. J. was the son of Britt and Sue Whited, Sr. He is survived by his parents; sister, Brittany Whited; niece, Jessie Whited O’Brien and other family and friends. Services to celebrate B. J. will be at Two O’clock the afternoon of Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Roselawn Funeral Home with placement to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are cordially invited to visitation also on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from Twelve O’clock noon until the service begins at Two O’clock.
Even though B. J. faced many challenges in his life, he was a very happy young man. He loved Mickey Mouse, coloring books and Sonic Sweet Tea. Pallbearers will be Philip Christian, P. J. Christian, Bobby O’Brien, Danny Jones, Gerald Drake, Jason Varner, Rick Howard and Bobby Utley.
