Darcy Calvin Oglesby

Darcy Calvin Oglesby, age 66, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, June 9, 2022. He was the son of Gathar Jo Johnson Eubanks and the late Risdon Thomas Oglesby. Mr. Oglesby is survived by his wife, Ethel Coleman Oglesby; mother, Gathar Jo Eubanks; daughters, Yolanda Richardson and her husband Marcus and Jayla Eubanks; grandson, Javari Fayne; brothers, Yeabert Eubanks, Leo Jeffery (Fillis) Eubanks, Eugene Eubanks, Daryl (Sheria) Eubanks, Risdon (Veronica) Oglesby, and Milton Oglesby; sisters, Margaret Oglesby, Eula Oglesby, Deirdre Burns, Pashe Burns, Cynthia (Ruben) Reed, Regina Ford, Deborah Eubanks; uncle, Gordon “Dego” (Deborah) Johnson, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Service to celebrate Mr. Oglesby will be at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at Cathedral of Praise Church of God in Christ, 4300 Clarksville Highway, Nashville, Tennessee 37218 with burial to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 5350 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 10:00am till 11:00am at Roselawn Funeral Home, 5350 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129.
