Donald R. “Duck” Cothern, age 56, of Murfreesboro, passed away on Tuesday, December 08, 2015 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. Mr. Cothern was the son of the late Paul and Beulah Covington Cothern. He is survived by his wife, Linda Davis Cothern; sister, Rena Eakes; and brothers, Eugene, Howard and James Cothern. Service to celebrate Mr. Cothern’s life will be at 1:00 the afternoon of Friday, December 11, 2015 at Roselawn Funeral Home with Rev. Bert Scott officiating. Placement will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Cothern was skilled in the construction industry from roofing to the installation of pipe.
