Ernest Bowles

Mr. Bowles was born on February 18, 1950, in Iaeger, West Virginia. He was an active member of 58th Avenue Baptist Church in Cicero, IL before moving to Jackson, TN where he was an active member of Bethel Baptist church for 20 years. He and his family are current members at Franklin Road Baptist Church. He was an avid marksman, passionate supporter of the NRA, and a machinist for 30+ years. However, his single most important priority was living a life that pleased the Lord and loving his family.

Mr. Bowles is survived by his wife of 44 years, Rosemarie (Buchanan) Bowles, Heather (daughter) & Charles Harris and Matthew (son) & Angela Bowles, all of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by four beloved grandchildren, Fletcher & Gretchen Harris and Giuliana & Olivia Bowles, as well as his brother Raymond Bowles and sister Marie (Bowles) Long. He will be sorely missed by his companion Rottweiler, Brutus.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 3:00, at Franklin Road Baptist Church, 3148 Franklin Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37128 . The family will greet friends at church on Saturday from 1:00 until the time of service.
