Gavin Drake Ramsden

It is with shattered hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Gavin Drake Ramsden, who left this world far too soon at the age of 21. Gavin was born on October 28, 2003, in Dallas, Texas, and later moved with his family to Tennessee, where he built a life filled with laughter, hard work, close friendships, and unforgettable adventures. A 2022 graduate of Nolensville High School, Gavin went on to complete welding school and became certified in his trade. He later found his path as a mechanic for Toyota, where his strong work ethic and lively personality quickly made him a favorite among coworkers. Gavin brought humor and energy into everything he did—workdays weren’t just easier with him around, they were better. Known for his love of cars and racing, Gavin had a passion for engines, open roads, and the freedom they represented. He loved country music, spending time with his buddies, and making the most out of every moment. His friends weren’t just friends—they were family—and the bond they shared was deep and genuine. Gavin had recently started collecting firearms and cherished the times he and his friends would go shooting together. Always up for an adventure, he found peace in the outdoors and joy in the thrill of new experiences. His favorite season was fall—cool air, changing leaves, and, of course, his birthday. He also loved the winter, especially snowy days when he and his friends would hit the roads, laughing and living fully.

Gavin was a wonderful son, brother, nephew, cousin and grandson. His family meant everything to him, and the love he gave in return was immeasurable. His laughter was infectious, his spirit one-of-a-kind, and the love he gave to others will remain with us always. Sisters; Taylor and Taytum Roberts of AZ. Niece: Nala and Nico Ramsden of TX, Uncle: Asencion Vela (AV) Nana: Diana Gloth of TX. Aunt: Christen Gloth of TX. Cousins: Jazmin Davila of TX. A Gathering of Family & Friends, will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday August 10, 2025 Following will be a celebration of Gavin’s life will be held on Sunday August 10, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens 5350 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, TN. 37129.
