Helen Faye Evans

Helen Evans, age 82, of Smyrna, passed away at her home on Tuesday morning, May 19, 2015. Mrs. Evans was the daughter of the late William and Gladys Dozier Hutcherson and the wife of the late Russell Evans. She is survived by her sons, Ron (Elaine) Evans and Russ (Patsy) Evans; sisters, Doris French and Libby Skelton; grandchildren, Robert (Rebecca) Evans, Russ (Melissa) Evans and Kathryn Davenport; great grandchildren, Rebecca (Robert) Price, Cristina Evans, Jacob Evans and Emilee Evans; and one great great grandchild, Destiny Hope Price. Services for Mrs. Evans will be at 2:00 the afternoon of Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Placement will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Grandsons and friends will serve as pallbearers. Mrs. Evans was preceded in death by a sister, Eula Mae Riley and brothers, Richard Hutcherson and Edward Hutcherson. Mrs. Evans was a member of Stewart’s Creek Church of Christ.
