Brandon was preceded in death by his father, Joe Ballard and his grandmother, Mary Lumley.
Survived by his mother, Sharon Elizabeth Toomer (Murray,Utah); his sisters, Alisha Rinks (South Ogden, Utah), Teresa Lumley (Hammond, Indiana), Whitney Kail (Clearfield, Utah) and Shayna Toomer (Slc, Utah); his brothers, Bryson Toomer (Provo, Utah) and Brian Ballard(Slc, Utah).
Brandon (BB) was a loving soul! He would light up the room! We all love you so much Brandon.
