I only met Joe a couple of years ago once I became an alderman in Lavergne but he would always come up to the bench during the meetings and make me laugh talking about mutual friends that we have, now that I am vice mayor I can only imagine what he would have to say to me I know it would make me smile Joe was a good man and a hot mess and he will be missed.
