Judy A. Comer

Judy A. Comer, of Smyrna, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, the 29th of January, 2017, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Judy was the daughter of the late Joe and Myrtle Nunn. She is survived by her husband, Edd C. Comer; sons and daughters in law, Ed and Wendy Comer and Scott and Kim Comer; grandsons, Tyler and Sarah Comer and Lukas Comer; sister, Betty Jo (Dennis) Love; brother, Kenneth Nunn; nephew, Brandon Love and many other nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends. Services to celebrate Mrs. Comer will be at Eleven O’clock the morning of Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Roselawn Funeral Home with Brother Dan Parker officiating. Placement will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Frances Jean Shumate. Judy was born in Tazewell, Tennessee and went on to lead her life as a loving wife, mother, sister, Nana and friend. Judy is remembered by her friends and family as always being the life of the party and she never met a stranger. She loved giving her gift of baking to everyone. Judy was also a proud member of Parkway Baptist Church.
