Mack and Emma were among the first people we met when we moved to Murfreesboro. Mack was Chairman of the Deacons at Grace Baptist when I came as pastor with my young family. They graciously allowed us to use their RV in a cross country trek to California to visit my wife Gayle's mother. We were invited to join them for a couple of their Blue Grass music festivals in their own home. Emma was a gracious lady and Mack a staunch Christian and a true friend. I look forward to meeting them again in our heavenly home one day.

Uncle Mack was a family man. He loved Aunt Emma with a very special love. When they lived close to Granny Duggin, I used to like to visit their house and play Aunt Emma's music box. The song was, said something like, "I'm gonna wash that man right out of my hair." I am sure Aunt Emma did not feel that way about Uncle Mack. We also liked to look at Aunt Emma's dolls and Uncle Mack's car's. Uncle Mack was gracious enough to leave some of those things with us to remember them by. We are comforted in knowing that Uncle Mack is with Aunt Emma and they are part of the heavenly choir.

Mom and Dad and Uncle Mack and Aunt Emma (most people called her "Jean", as kids we called her "Emma") always talked about hanging out when they were new couples. I went through the cedar chest and found a few pictures. Love Aunt Emma and Uncle Mack! They are back together again and having a ball!
Enjoy the pictures!

My mother, Mrs. Carmack (Judy) Caffey loved Mack and Emma so much. So many wonderful memories of church ballgames with them. They were so, so sweet to my Mother. Prayers for the family.

Uncle Mack will always be remembered by us for his love of life. We shared his love of travels in his younger years and were thrilled the times he went out of his way to see us in Florida. He was more than generous to share Disney items he found at yard sales and Aunt Emma's dolls after she died. He will be missed. Edith and Johnny Woodward
