Pamela Jean “Pam” Mitchell, age 66, of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Ross Owen Dalton and Marie K. Hubbard Gray. She is survived by her husband, Tim Mitchell; sons, Cain Council and his wife Kate and Jacob Council and his wife Shannon; grandchildren, Devan Williams, Calab, Seth, Brody and Brantley Council; siblings, Ken Dalton and his wife Darlene, Donna Stewart and her husband Jeff, Dwayne Gray and his wife Lucinda, Jeff Gray and his girlfriend Betty and Sean Gray and his wife Teresa; dad, Larry Gray and his wife Cindy; brother-in-law, Robert Royster and his wife May; sister-in-law Dee Dee Smith; her beloved dog, Star; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Dalton.
Mrs. Mitchell loved to raise flowers in her garden and loved to travel with her family to the beach and the mountains. Memorials may be made to Alive Hospice in her memory.
Her family will celebrate her in private.
