Peter Lynden Cool

Peter Lynden Cool, age 67, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at his home. Mr. Cool was the son of the late Lynden Edward and Irene Marie (Romasco) Cool. He is survived by his wife, Ann (Engle) Cool; daughter, Megan Cool Amalakuhan and her husband Bravein; son, Christopher Rogers and his wife Sarina; guardian and grandfather for Gage Cool and Keira Cool; 8 grandchildren; sister, Colleen Cool and brother in law, Nick Belkin; several treasured nieces and nephews and grand nephews and grand nieces; mother and father in law, William and Helen Aikins. He was preceded in death by his son, Anthony Edward “Tony” Cool; and sisters, Lynda Cool, Nancy Hampton and Cynthia Hudson. Services to celebrate Mr. Cool will be at Two O’clock the afternoon of September 3, 2021 at Roselawn Funeral Home with Pastor R.C. Ford officiating. Placement will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are cordially invited to visitation Thursday, September 2, 2021 from Four to Eight O’clock in the evening. Mr. Cool proudly served his country in the United States Army. He loved to go to yard sales and flea markets and then sell forgotten treasures on Ebay. He loved his family deeply. He also loved all types of sports, especially golf and the Tennessee Titans. During this health situation, we are not accepting outside food into the funeral home.
