Randall Howard "Randy" Barrett

Randall Howard “Randy” Barrett, age 63, of Madison and formerly of Murfreesboro, passed away on Wednesday evening at Alive Hospice in Nashville. Mr. Barrett was the son of the late Ewing and Andrea McKnight Barrett, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Janis O. Barrett; children, Jada Barrett, Renessa (John) Gaughan, Justin (Susan) Barrett, Paul (Holly) Weatherford and Michael (Susan) Weatherford; sister, Sandra Borras; brother, Ewing “Bubba” (Kathy) Barrett, Jr; 10 grandchildren including Alysia Colbert and 2 great grandchildren. Services to celebrate Mr. Barrett will be Saturday morning, August 1st at Ten O’clock at Roselawn Funeral Home with placement to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Barrett was an Eagle Scout and troop Leader with the Boy Scouts of America, longtime member of East Main Church of Christ in Murfreesboro, where his father was a longtime Elder and song leader. He also worked at Bridgestone for over 30 years, where he was a team leader and he was an EMT-IV with First Call and Pridecare Ambulance services.
