I taught at LaVergne Primary School while Marie was there. She always had a smile on her face and a joke to tell. I admired her stamina as she continued to work while taking chemo through a drip, somehow attached to her. She appeared to know where her strength came from. I guess we had a bond since we shared the same name. God comfort you in your loss of Marie, but I do know heaven has another special soul with them.
