Mr. William Vaughn "Bill" Tapp, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Mr. Tapp was the son of the late Louis and Estelle Wilson Tapp. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Tapp, who passed away in February of the this year. He is survived by his children, Ron Lucht, Dale Tapp, Billie Jo Finley, Candy Lindsey, Nick Tapp, and Crystal Blakeley and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Tapp will be the afternoon of Friday, September 4, 2015 at Stones River Baptist Church at Two O'clock. Placement will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with military honors presented by the US Air Force.
