Mr. Willie Fann, age 83, of Nashville, passed away the morning of Thursday, January 4, 2018 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. Mr. Fann was born in Rutherford County to Dan and Annie Patterson Fann. He is survived by his wife of over 62 years, Carrie Booker Fann; daughter and son in law, Deborah and James Hollis; son, David Fann; brother and sister in law, Edward and Shirley Fann; three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Services to celebrate Mr. Fann will be at Eleven O’clock the morning of Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Roselawn Funeral Home with placement to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Fann was a self-employed tile setter. In his younger days he loved to play baseball and later in life he enjoyed watching the game.
