Larry was born on August 8, 1945 to Eugene Lawrence Wadsworth Sr. and Nita Noreen McVay Wadsworth in San Francisco, CA. He graduated from Garden Grove High School in Garden Grove, CA. Larry was a go-getter and after graduation went straight to work doing various jobs including bread delivery, pool services and he was a very charismatic car salesman. Larry went on to become a contractor and started a landscape construction company. Larry beautified many homes in Southern California with garden project planning, pool decks, waterfalls and fancy brickwork. He was very successful and definitely knew what it meant to work hard.
Larry married his high school sweetheart, Diane, and they had two children, Randy and Michal. Larry then went on to meet the true love of his life, Elizabeth. They would have just celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on June 26th. Larry and Elizabeth worked extensively throughout south western Riverside county, CA. They resided in Perris, CA before retiring and moving to Australia. Almost everyday in Australia Larry did the one thing he loved most, he went surfing at some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Surfing was not Larry's only passion, he enjoyed cooking, horseback riding and had a true passion for all kinds of animals. Larry always had a dog by his side, took in many stray animals, owned horses and even raised wolves and a mountain lion. Larry was truly a compassionate lover of animals and many benefited from his kindness.
