Linda Louise Kleppe

Linda Kleppe, born Linda Anderson, passed away on May 31, 2026. She was born on March 21, 1945, and grew up in Burbank, California, where she graduated from Bellarmine-Jefferson High School in 1963. An outstanding student, Linda excelled academically and was actively involved in school life as a member of the Cheerleading Squad, Volleyball Team, and Glee Club. She was also honored as a Homecoming Princess in 1963.

Shortly after graduation, Linda began her career with the State Bar of California, where she served with distinction for five years. During that time, she met and married the love of her life, Keith Kleppe. The couple shared 59 wonderful years of marriage.

In 1967, Linda and Keith moved to Orange County, where they adopted their son, Jeff, and daughter, Jennifer. Linda devoted much of the next two decades to her family, volunteering extensively at her children's schools and supporting their many activities.

Later, Linda continued her professional career with the City of Laguna Beach, serving in the Community Development Department. In this dynamic and demanding role, she earned numerous awards and recognitions for her dedication, professionalism, and loyal service.

Linda and Keith were not only husband and wife but also best friends. Together they traveled the world, exploring many fascinating and exotic destinations, often in the company of close friends. Linda embraced new adventures with enthusiasm and found great joy in travel, friendship, and creating lasting memories.

She will be deeply missed by her family and many dear friends.

Linda is survived by her loving husband, Keith; her son, Jeff; her daughter, Jennifer; and her cherished grandchildren, Lindsi, Hannah, Ashley, Devon, and Nico.

May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
