Arthur graduated from Jacksboro High School and received a scholarship to play football at Texas Christian University. He starred in many musicals in high school and throughout his life. Arthur sang with the Timbertones barbershop chorus and was a talented singer, actor, and trumpeter. He was known as an expert craftsman, able to repair anything he put his hands on with unparalleled ingenuity.
He was passionate about gardening, cooking, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He had a heart of service and never turned down an opportunity to serve others – even if that meant he would go without.
In recent times, Arthur found renewed purpose and comfort through his re-commitment to his faith in Jesus.
As we mourn his passing, we take solace in knowing that he has transitioned from this earthly life to the eternal embrace of the Heavenly Kingdom.
A private memorial service will be held in his hometown of Jacksboro, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Enright; and brother, John Enright.
He is survived by his mother, Lois Paschal; sister, Laura Enright Billberry; children, Rebekah Enright Markham (Wesley), David Enright, Mark Enright (Alexia), and Jack Enright; and granddaughter Eliana Enright.
