

Carolyn Ann Peterson (Carlson) was born April 29, 1937, in Minneapolis, MN, the daughter of Russell V. and Olga Carlson. She passed to her Heavenly Home July 23, 2025.
She is survived by her husband, David of 65 years; her children, David, Jr. and Christa of Huntsville, Cheryl of San Mateo, CA, Nathan of Nacogdoches, and Thomas and Gigi of Cave Creek, AZ, Jeanne Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Hannah, Luke, Emily, Sophia, Regan, Gavon, Aisling, and Owen; sister, Sandra; plus Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and Many Friends.
Carolyn lived in Minneapolis until after she graduated from Nursing School. Soon after, she and David married on August 8, 1959, and they moved to Tucson, AZ where David completed his college degree. They have lived in MN, WI, MD, and AZ with their final earthly home in TEXAS. Carolyn was one of the most precious women placed on this earth by God. At an early age, she gave her heart to our Lord Jesus and emulated His love and kindness to others. She was a nurse in numerous capacities for over 50 years. She also earned a degree in Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute. She was an artist from her youth. As an adult, she was a very successful artist in Arizona, being a part owner of an art gallery for 19 years. Her works are owned by persons all over America and in foreign countries. She is in Heaven waiting for all of those who love and serve our Lord Jesus.

Carolyn's Victory Service will be celebrated at Harvest Point Church on Saturday, August 19th at 5:00 P.M. Supper will follow.
