Fred was the nicest man to work with at school. Numerous times during my many years with district he was called upon to help solve one issue its another. He had a quiet manner about him and just went about his tasks without complaint. He was a problem solver and always was professional in his conversations. My prayers for his family.

Fred-
Thank you for being the man you are. Thank you for being a caring Paw-Paw to the girls. The impact you had on my life goes beyond words. God knew what he was doing when he brought you into my life and for that I will always be grateful. I know I have already given you more compliments than you would want to receive.

"O God,I beg two favors from you before I die.
First, help me never to tell a lie. Second, give neither poverty nor riches! Give me just enough to satisfy my needs. For if I grow rich, I may become content without God. And if I am too poor, I may steal, and thus insult God's holy name." Proverbs 30:7-9

You lived your life by the Bible. Your humbleness and calmness is to be admired and I will try to take both with me. My favorite memory and the girls were surprised when I told them that you taught me how to grill 25 years ago!! I know my family is grateful for that!! Don't get mad but now you are "The Legend Fred Ray". 🤷🏻‍♂️

Love,
Joe Garcia and Family
