

Lucille died on Tuesday February 21, 2012, at The Arbor in Nacogdoches, Texas.
She was born January 20, 1920, in Tatum, Texas, to the late Arthur Lee and Sally Jo Foster Kuykendall. Lucille graduated from Tatum High School and in 1946 she married David Beaty.
Lucille went to work for the Lonestar Ammunition Plant. In 1950 she made the decision to stay home and raise her family. After a time she returned to work at the Ammunition Plant for another 20 years. She was involved in the Garden Club in Texarkana; she enjoyed cooking, spending time with her friends and loved to play Skip Bo and dominoes. Lucille was a very quiet person. She was a member of Beech Street Baptist Church in Texarkana, Texas.
Lucille is survived by her sons, Arthur David Beaty and wife Grace, and James Wyley Beaty and wife Dickie Lou; granddaughter, Virginia Leigh Beaty; grandson, Patirck Scott Beaty, and great-granddaughter, Isabella Beaty.
In addition to her parents and husband, Lucille is preceded in death by two brothers, and one sister.
