Faye worked as a beautician in Houston for 30 years. She retired to Nacogdoches in 1999 with her husband, Thomas Jefferson Hall. They built their home together in the Melrose Community, where they raised cattle. Faye loved animals, and her hobbies included gardening and reading her bible.
Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Jefferson Hall; son, Gene Anthony Jones; daughter, Tracey Jones; siblings, H.M. Knight, Avis McQuinn, Edwin Knight, Dean Jones, Ramsey Knight, Lee Earl Boleware, Paul Knight, Bobbie Barber, and Jack Boleware; and special friend of Faye and Tommy, Horace Cash.
She is survived by her brother, Bill Boleware and wife Diana; step-son Mark Hall and wife Greta and their son Carson; special friend, Charlie Mooney; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
Private services are being held by the family.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors, Nacogdoches.
