Mr. Cooper was born Jan. 30,1958, in Kirbyville, Texas, to Albert Cooper and Elizabeth Inez (Palmer) Cooper. He had lived in Thailand the past few years.
Survivors: his wife, Gaow Cooper of Thailand; daughter, Angel Cooper of Thailand; mother, Elizabeth Cooper of Nacogdoches, Texas; sisters, Marilyn Mouton of Lafayette, Louisiana, Darlene Lee of Bridgewater, Iowa, and Melissa Dawn Cooper of Nacogdoches; and brothers, Wayne Cooper of West Virginia, and Ron Cooper of Austin.
Memorial services will be held later.
