This year marks the 65th anniversary of the end of World War II, perhaps the last time America can say "Thank you!" to our greatest generation for preserving our democracy and establishing the gold standard of service that will inspire future generations.
"Keep the Spirit of '45 Alive" is a yearlong national campaign to raise public awareness about the 65th anniversary of World War II (August 14, 2010) and to inspire a renewed commitment to service and national unity in America.
Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors will "Keep the Spirit of '45 Alive", this Sunday, August 14, 2011 from 3:30 pm-6:30 pm at Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel located at 5400 North Street in Nacogdoches.
