Joe Don Vincent

Mr. Vincent was born Jan. 19, 1937, in Emory, Texas, and had lived in the Six Mile area of Sabine County for a number of years. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired as a safety superintendent in the petrochemical production industry.

He is survived by his daughter, Trina Vaughn and her husband Jeff of Spring, Texas; sister, Nina Vincent Dilbert of Orange, Texas; a brother, Jim Vincent of Baytown, Texas; as well as a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He had strong faith in his Father in Heaven and his son Jesus Christ and will be missed by those who loved him and knew him.

"I have returned home from whence I came; I have returned to my Father."

Private family services will be conducted.
