Karen was such a sweet, friendly person. I will always remember how she always made everyone feel so welcome and included. I was so sorry to hear of her passing and was sorry I couldn't attend her funeral because of being out-of-town. My prayers are with the family and friends.

We had a lot of fun together when Will and my David played soccer and we all went to church together. Karen was always open about her feelings and willing to ask about mine, which drew me to her. Among all the delicious dishes she shared at church, the cheesecakes stand out. I love and miss you, Karen.

My precious friend, Karen. I am so glad we talked last Thursday. We always enjoyed talking, laughing and catching up on our kiddos. Your leaving was so sudden and I can't believe I will never see or talk to you again. I pray for Wyatt/Ginger and Will during this hard, hard time of dealing with not having you around; plus your other family members. This is such a shock. You were a wonderful person, always thought of everyone else before yourself and your heart was ginormous! It took your passing to wake me up (and only you would understand that). You are now on the best trip you could ever imagine! Rest in peace, Karen. We will see each other again.
