Kelsie was born May 20, 2014.
In addition to her parents, survivors include two brothers, Jeffery Mills Jr. and Michael Mills; grandmothers, Tamble Sandoval and Tammi Harvey; a great-grandmother, Deborah Jordan; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel, located at 5400 North Street in Nacogdoches, with Bro. Sonny Scarborough, pastor of White Rock Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Gravel Ridge Cemetery near Nacogdoches.
Pallbearers: Julio Sandoval, Bobby Brown, David Mills, and Jorge Lobato.
