Lisa Lorene Douglas

Lisa Lorene Douglas, age 64, passed from this life on August 3rd, 2024 after 2 massive strokes July 25th. Lisa took pride in her children and grandchildren and loved being outdoors. She enjoyed fishing and tending to her plants. She also had a special place in her heart for animals, especially her dog, Buddy. Lisa is survived by her daughters, Heather McEachern (Chad), Maegan Tero, and Brandie Kohn (Eric), her son, Stephen Tero (Chassity), her sisters, Roseann Blann and Kathy Barnett, grandchildren, Caleb Mceachern, Skylar Tero, Celtsie Mceachern, Calem Jones, Chayse Mceachern, and Amelia Tero, and her best friend, April Peavey. She recently was able to meet and reunite with her birth mother Lou Ann Carter and one of her biological brothers, Roger Carter. She was hoping to meet her brother Russell Carter. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends that loved her very much. Lisa is preceded in death by her parents Jettie "Buddy" Blann and Lorene Lewis Blann, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and her grandparents. Lisa wanted her ashes to be spread with the Blue Bonnets as they were her favorite flowers. Her wishes and a celebration of life will be carried out at a later date. We take comfort in knowing that Lisa is no longer suffering and is in Heaven playing Wahoo with those that went before her.
