I'm very sorry to hear about Jeanene's passing. She and all of you (Jerry, Del, Debbie, and Teressa (deceased) have been family to us for many years. You were our next door neighbors for over 20 years, starting when I was about 6 years old.

My last memory of Aunt Nene was a ride through the countryside to the old home place after Uncle Chester’s graveside service at the cemetery. She shared memories as we meandered around the red dirt roads of San Augustine County. It is a precious memory I will always treasure. Aunt Nene could always be counted on for a hug and sweet words. She is singing with the angels now. I have no doubt.
