

Lurlene Stanley Dulaney departed this life on December 9, 2020. She was born February 20, 1931 in Hemphill, TX, and was the beloved 5th child of 6 belonging to Jewel Vaughndel Bellamy Stanley McCain and William Jasper Stanley. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmie Franklin Dulaney; brothers, Wayman and Bobbie Stanley; sisters, Pauline Stanley Drury and Opal Louise Stanley; step-father, William Percy McCain; and half-brother, Robert Lee McCain. She is survived by her sister Muriel Stanley LaRocca, of Tyler, TX and half-brother William Percy McCain, of Nacogdoches, TX; son Joey Dulaney, of Colmesneil, TX; and grandchildren Joe Peterson and Patrick Dulaney; and son, John Dulaney, of Lubbock, TX, with wife Robin and grandson, Duke. She also has numerous treasured nieces and nephews. She attended Kirby High School in Woodville, TX. After her marriage to Jimmie she lived for many years in the Houston area, and then in Dam B/Woodville, Tyler, Beaumont, and Temple, before settling in Nacogdoches.
Memorial services will be held at the Fairview Baptist Church, 3025 FM 92 South, Woodville, TX 75979, in Dam B on December 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation to follow.
