Receiving his Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care, Lynn was the owner of Better Breathing Pulmonary and ABG Lab in Jaro, Iloilo, Philippines. He pioneered the way to provide ventilators to hospitals for patients in need. He was a member of the Philippine Association for Pulmonary Care, and he would often be invited to speak as an expert on respiratory health for universities and hospitals in Manila and Iloilo, Philippines.
Lynn enjoyed taking care of others. He was an animal whisperer and a part-time shade tree mechanic. Unbeknownst to others, he was an artist and musician as well.
Mr. Blackerby was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his children, Carmelita Blackerby, Ronald Lynn “Buck” Blackerby, Shasta Netter, Aaron Blackerby, and Kerry Blackerby.
Private services will be held by the family at a later date.
