Virginia Lewis Starnes

July 2, 1935 – February 17, 2021

Virginia (Cole) Lewis Starnes was born July 2, 1935 in Malakoff, Texas to Earnest Cole and Letha Slaughter Cole. She passed away on February 17, 2021, in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Virginia loved traveling and enjoyed crafts.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, David Lewis; sister, Jackie Wright; nephew, Mark Greer.

Survivors include: husband, Charles Starnes; son, James Lewis and wife Ann; sister, Pattye C. Greer; grandchildren, Alan and Amy; numerous great-grandchildren; nieces, Deborah Greer and Amanda Wright; nephews, Robin Wright and Perry Greer.

Graveside Service will be held, 11:00 AM, Friday, February 26, 2021, Sunset Memorial Park.

Services under the direction of Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors.
