Albert Austin Warner

Austin flew to Heaven on eagles wings August 18, 2013 to be with God and to see his Mother Vera, Father Albert Senior, Sisters Jeannette, Clara, Ruth, and his wife Norma of over 50 years whom he always talked about and missed very much.

Austin leaves behind two sons Peter and Paul, a daughter in-law Kathy, two grandsons Eric and Scott, his sister Vera, his wife of six years Dorothy Karnis, step children Susan Quick, Richard Quick, Wife Cheryl, Betsy Partsons and husband Terry, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Austin also leaves behind many friends who will miss his smile and his sense of humor.

Austin graduated from the University of Massachusetts with Honorary Scholastic Achievement in all subjects on June 1, 1951. Austin also served two years in Korea as a medic.

When Austin came home from Korea he went to work at Agway for 40 years in research. Austin retired to Cape Cod and volunteered as a right hand helper to the priest at St. Thomas Church. Austin also volunteered for Alzheimer’s charity and the Men’s club in Naples.

There will be a Memorial Service at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens located at 525 111th Ave N. Naples, FL 34108 on Saturday August 31st at 11:00am with a 12:00pm luncheon following the services.
