Greg was born on July 1, 1975, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Vicky Holzhausen Pruellage and the late Gerhardt Holzhausen III. He leaves behind his beloved son, Drayson, as well as his mother, Vicky; brother, Gary; and sister, Julie.
As a fourth-generation member of his family in the produce industry, Greg carried on the family legacy by founding his own company, New Era Produce.
An avid sports fan, Greg loved cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Above all, Greg cherished spending time with his son, Drayson, whether boating, fishing, traveling, or simply coloring together.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Avenue N, Naples, FL 34108
