Kathleen Marie D'Amico

Kathleen, affectionately known as Kathy, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Filomena Maria Rosania and Lawrence Donnelly on April 10, 1944. She attended Cardinal Dougherty High School, where she formed many lifelong friendships. On June 5, 1971, she married the love of her life, Pasqual Joseph D'Amico, beginning a marriage built on love, devotion, and family.

Throughout her career, Kathy worked as a trainer for Xerox and later for Aetna, where she was known for her patience, generosity, and willingness to help others succeed. She had a remarkable ability to make people feel welcomed, encouraged, and valued.

Kathy found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved writing heartfelt poems, expressing her creativity through painting, and spending time playing cards with family and friends. Her greatest happiness, however, came from being surrounded by those she loved. She treasured every family gathering, every conversation, and every opportunity to create lasting memories with her children and grandchildren. Her warmth, gentle spirit, and unwavering kindness touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her beloved eldest daughter, Lucy D'Amico Robertson, whose memory she carried in her heart every day.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Lauren D'Amico LeVeque, and her husband, Matthew LeVeque; her son-in-law, William Huston Robertson, and his wife, Jennifer; and her four cherished grandchildren, Billy Robertson, Emma Robertson, Alex Robertson, and Finnley LeVeque. She also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will forever remember her compassion, grace, and loving heart.

A Celebration of Kathy's Life will be held at a future date.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the physicians, nurses, and caregivers at Naples Comprehensive Health North for the exceptional care, kindness, and compassion they provided to Kathy and to all who loved her during her final days.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any charity of your choice.

Kathy's greatest legacy was not measured by accomplishments, but by the love she freely gave. She taught those around her the value of kindness, the importance of family, and the beauty of caring for others with an open heart. Her gentle spirit, quiet strength, and unconditional love will remain forever in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. Though she will be deeply missed, her love will continue to guide her family and live on through the countless lives she touched.
