Neville Ardeshir Arjani

All friends and family are invited to celebrate Neville’s life by attending a memorial service on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ohio City. 2031 W. 30th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113.

Neville is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 43 years, Anita; his children, Alex, Emily (Adam), Max, Sophia, and Elena; and his siblings, Kobad, Tehemtan, and Jer. He will also be deeply missed by the many family members, friends, and others whose lives he touched and who were fortunate enough to know him.

Neville was preceded in death by his sisters, Dolly and Freny; and his treasured son, Ian.

Born on October 5, 1951, Neville was known for his remarkable intelligence, quick wit, and dry, sarcastic sense of humor that could bring a smile to those who knew him best. By the time he was 18, he had already graduated from college and set his sights on building a life in the United States. A gifted mathematician, he built a distinguished career as an actuary, spending the largest part of his professional life as Chief Actuary at Findley Davies in Cleveland, Ohio. Neville was extremely passionate about community service and was honored to be a long-term part of Youth Opportunities Unlimited, an organization devoted to equipping teens and young adults with skills needed to thrive in the workforce.

While Neville was accomplished in his career and community, his greatest pride and joy were always his family. He loved them unconditionally and devoted himself to them throughout his life. They were at the heart of everything he did.

Neville will be remembered for his understated humor, and his quiet strength and kindness. He made friends easily, was always ready with a clever observation, and had a natural instinct to look out for others…often putting their needs before his own.

Above all, Neville will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend. His legacy lives on in the family he cherished above all else, and he will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
