Robert "Bob" Carmen Porco

Born on September 19, 1941, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Bob was the beloved son of the late Frank and Marie (Merlina) Porco. He graduated from Peabody High School in Pittsburgh and proudly served his country in the United States Army Reserve.

Bob enjoyed a long and successful career in sales and business. He owned Raybuck and Thomas Appliance Store before working for Tappan Appliances and WCI. After relocating his family to Dublin, Ohio, he continued his career with Therapedic Mattress Company, followed by CableLink and, later, Ohio Valley Cable, where he remained until his retirement in 2009.

On October 9, 1965, Bob married the love of his life, Patricia (Liberto) Porco. Together, they shared 60 years of marriage filled with love, laughter, devotion, and cherished memories.

Bob was known for his kind heart, strong work ethic, and incredible sense of humor. He loved hunting, fishing, watching old Western movies, and cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He enjoyed telling stories, making others laugh, and spending time with family and friends.

Above all, Bob was a devoted husband and father whose greatest joy came from those he loved. His generosity, warmth, and unwavering support touched everyone fortunate enough to know him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia (Liberto) Porco, and his loving daughter, Erin Porco.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Marie (Merlina) Porco, and his brother, Francis Porco.

Bob’s legacy of love, laughter, hard work, and dedication to his family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 625 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108, on August 6, 2026, at 10:00 am.
