

Rosalie was born Ponce, P.R. to Leo & Conrada Vega on Sept 4th,1934. She went to Walton High School in Bronx, NY and later attended Nassau Community College. She married Lawrence Pendleton on August 30, 1972, in Valley Stream, NY. She worked as an Executive Secretary in various industries, including the Ridgefield CT Savings Bank. In 1989, she and her husband Lawrence purchased and operated The Cutlery World shop in the Coastland Mall for 23 years. She was involved in Naples Republican Club and Bossom Buddies Breast Cancer Survivors Group.
Rosalie is preceded in death by her parents Conrada and Leo, and her siblings John Vega, Leo Vega, Carmen Principe.
Rosalie is survived by her husband Lawrence, her son Steven Pendleton and his wife Leticia, her son Robert Pendleton and five grandchildren; Steven Jr, Nicole, Matthew, Sofia and Skip. She is also survived by her brother Mike Vega and many nieces and nephews. Family was of utmost importance to Rosalie.
Although raised in the Bronx, Rosalie loved country music such as Willie Nelson and Patsy Kline. An avid traveler, Rosalie and Larry, went on 32 cruises all over the world. An enthusiastic Florida Everblades fan, Rosalie has held season tickets for 24 years. Very social, she saw close friends for dinner weekly.
Visitation will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108, US, on July 9, 2026, at 1:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location on July 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
