Wanda was born in Flint, MI to Willard and Priscilla Oliphant on December 18, 1930. She went to school in Novi, MI. She married Hugh Lowell Goldie on May 9, 1948 in Tavernier, FL. She worked as a homemaker all her life and loved having her family over and cooking for them all. She loved animals and all her birds. She was involved in church and loved her family and her Lord Jesus.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two sons, Lowell "Winky" Goldie and Robin Huntley Goldie.
Wanda is survived by two sons, Hugh "Bill" Goldie (Robin) and Gary Goldie and a daughter, Wanda Goldie (Dan). She had 16 gandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at 12:30PM on Friday, November 6th at Hodges Funeral Home (525 111th Avenue N, Naples, FL 34108).
Funeral Services will be held following the visitation at 2:00PM with the Rev. Randal Holdman of One Life Church officiating. Burial will follow at Naples Memorial Park and Cremation Gardens.
