Boyd Fackler

He was born on October 12, 1913 in Hamler, Ohio the son of the late William and Ella (Greeno) Fackler. On November 10, 1967 he married Carol Harris and she survives.

Boyd was employed by the B & O Railroad for over 37 years retiring in 1975.

Also surviving are two sons, Robert Fackler of Napoleon, Jan Bruce Fackler of Malinta; daughter, Tracy Pfund of Pioneer, Ohio; 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren,

Preceding him in death were his first wife, Evelyn (Zook) Fackler, a daughter, Carol Sue Hittle and his 7 brothers and sisters.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 10, 2011 at 2:00P.M. at the Snyder-Wesche Funeral Home in Napoleon where friends will be received from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service on Monday. Burial will be in the Marion Township Cemetery.

The family suggest memorial contributions be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
