Born June 10, 1940 in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Roy and Goldie (Stemen) Thompson. On February 14, 1987 she married James Richardson, who survives of Napoleon.
Carol was a retired housekeeper.
Surviving also is two daughters Robin Wills and Terrie Brown; two sons Gregory and Charles Lyon; 8 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; one brother Millard Thompson and one sister Jean Whitt.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Jeffery Lyon, two brothers Duane and Bernard Thompson.
Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, Ohio on Saturday from 11a.m. to 1 p.m.
Services will be private.
The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
