Born on March 23, 1955 the son of the late Ellsworth R. and Bonita J. “Bonnie” (Travis) Palmer.
Surviving are two brothers Scott (Marilyn) Palmer of Napoleon, Dennis (Sandy) Palmer of New Bern, North Carolina; three sisters, Georgene (mike) Hypes of Winchester, Virginia, Sue Lynne Ballard of Copperas Cove, Texas, Joellen (Lee) Wachtman of Westfield, Indiana.
Services will be private.
