Dora Belle Franz

Dora Belle (Vonier) Franz, of Napoleon, Ohio died on December 7, 2014 at the age of 94 years. She was born to Lloyd and LaVerne (Saul) Vonier on October 27, 1920 near Delta, Ohio. Dora was married to Merle C. Franz on October 27, 1939, he preceded her in death on April 3, 1996. Dora was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Napoleon, Ohio. She was a former member of Rebekah Lodge #54 and past Noble Grand.

Surviving are her daughter, Mary Ann Noreus of Gilbert, Arizona, and a son, Dr. Michael (Patricia) Franz of Columbus, Ohio. She leaves 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

At this time, there will be no visiting hours or memorial service. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Lutheran Home of Napoleon, Alpine Village, and Hospice for their kindness to Dora during her past several years. Arrangements entrusted to Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, Ohio.
