Margaret K. Huber

Born January 19, 1922 in Bryan, Ohio the daughter of the late Ordain and Florence (Krouse) Moon. On March 28, 1943 she married Harrison Huber and he preceded her in death on June 28, 1999.

Margaret retired from the Campbell Soup Company in 1987 after 16 years of service. She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Holgate.

Surviving are a son, Donald (Shirley) Huber of Holgate; daughter, Ruth (Leo) Hoffman of Walhalla, S.C.; brother, Marlyn Moon of Hillsdale, M.I., step brothers, Larry and Laddy Michaels; half sister, Lillian Moon, step sister, Faith Michaels; 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 3 great- great -grandchildren.

She was preceded in death also by a sister, Irene Tonjes, brothers, Orville, Earl and Max Moon, step sister, Hope Michaels.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John’s United Church of Christ, Holgate , Ohio , the Rev. Jane Hillman, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 4 – 8 P.M. at the Snyder-Wesche Funeral Home, Napoleon, Ohio, and on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church.

The family suggest memorials be made to St. John’s United Church of Christ.
