Felicitas was born on July 9, 1941, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Jose P. Prado and Juanita Gaona.
Felicitas was a lifelong resident of Homestead, Florida She Retired as an Educator in 2007 and also was a Special Needs Educator for Exceptional Students.
She was preceded in Death by her Ex-Husband, Leo T. Armstrong and her Brothers Santiago Prado and Leo Prado. Felicitas is survived by her loving Family, her Sister Beatriz Vidales and her Brother Ines Prado, her Daughter Erika Armstrong and Son-In-Law Robert Casillas, her Son Jose M. Prado, her Granddaughters; Crystal and Grace Prado and Lily Casillas, her Grandsons; Mike and Martin Prado, Matthew Casillas and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
